Manual frameless stencil printer for PCB prototyping and small series production
The SMT-PCB-A4 is a precision manual SMT stencil printer designed for fast PCB prototyping and small-series production. It applies solder paste directly through a frameless SMT stencil and is suitable for PCBs with components down to 0.5 mm pitch.
The SMT-PCB-A4 is an update of the proven MT-SP-A4. It is designed specifically for frameless prototype stencils and can accommodate PCBs from approximately 7 × 5 mm up to 105 × 180 mm.
The PCB is fixed by massive anodized holders. Once adjusted, the printer can be used repeatedly without readjustment in most cases. This makes it particularly suitable for small production runs, where fast and consistent solder paste printing is important.
Due to its patent-pending design, the repeatability of the printing process is primarily limited by the accuracy of the PCB, stencil and paste-printing process itself.
The SMT-PCB-A4 is also designed for double-sided PCBs and can accommodate assembled boards up to 8 mm height.
